Green dream in Indianapolis
$320K
4 bed / 3 bath

This house looks like a movie set, if only they’d leave all the furniture in the house too. I swear every time I look at this listing, I see something new that is even more incredible than all the things I’ve seen before. Don’t miss the kid’s bedroom with red plaid carpet and outdoorsy wallpaper.

Designed by Leslie Ayers in Indianapolis
$680K
4 bed / 4 bath

This home has a little bit too much marble for my taste but I drove by it the other day and it made me turn my head so hard that I mentally took note of the cross streets and googled it when I got home. Turns out it had just been listed two days prior, though I didn’t see a sale sign. I’m pretty sure that’s what they call fate.

Recently renovated (with black toilets) in Evansville
$225K
4 bed / 3 bath

I am not at all a fan of the black toilet but I am a big fan of that fireplace.

Almost an acre in Evansville
$173K
3 bed / 2 bath

This home needs a little love but that grand staircase entrance off the front door is show-stopping. And the lot sure doesn’t hurt.

Mills Home with water damage on 4 acres in Greenwood
$550K
2 bed / 2 bath

This home has a lot of history and it desperately needs rehabbed. It’s a good sign that the owner finally has it listed for sale but it’d be a real shame if it can’t get to a reasonable price for someone to come in and bring it back to life. I love every little thing about this home.
