Simple & modern laundry room inspiration

Next up on our list of things to do is the laundry room. It is a decent sized space to hold everything we need as well as some additional storage for the house. Here’s the space as it is now with nearly no storage and a deep freezer we don’t know what to do with:

And here’s what it looked like when we first moved in:

The previous owners used this space as a small indoor workshop. The work bench, the white metal cabinets, and the peg board all moved out to the garage and are used in our current workshop to make room for the washer, dryer, and sink.

We’re hoping the end result will be a nice clean, bright space with lots of cabinets, maybe some open storage, and a deep stainless steel sink. I’m sensing a pretty strong theme with all our inspiration photos. 🤔 Here’s what we have saved:
